(hereinafter, “Natac”) with the sole purpose of being able to attend your requests and keep you informed, even by electronic means, about our products and services.

The completion of all the information requested through the Website is necessary in order to ensure optimum provision of the services offered to the User. If all the information required in the Website is not rendered, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided may be performed, provided correctly or adjusted to the needs of the User.

The term User/s is used in this policy to refer to all persons over 18 years old who access the Website.

In all cases, Natac will keep the data duly blocked, without giving it any use, while they may be necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or may derive some type of judicial, legal or contractual responsibility from the processing, which must be attended to and for which its recovery is necessary.

 

4. Categories of Data

In accordance with the aforementioned purposes, Natac processes the following categories of data, provided both online and offline by the User:

  1. Identification data: name, surname, company, territory, email address.
  2. Professional data: curriculum vitae.
  3. Through the use of cookies we collect certain information linked to your browsing as, for instance, device identifiers, your provider information, language preference, location and time zone. Its processing and purposes is explained in our Cookies Policy.

On the “CONTACT” page, it is possible to briefly explain the reason for the communication by completing a contact form. Keep in mind that there can be no personal questions except those strictly requested by current legislation. Under no circumstances will be communicated data regarding special categories (such as health data, religion, etc.). In case of doing so, the User exempts Natac from total liability. In the event that inappropriate inquiries or content are sent, Natac will proceed to their elimination.

By providing us by email personal data, the User guarantees that they are true, accurate, complete and up-to-date, taking responsibility for any direct or indirect damage or loss that may be caused as a result of the breach of such obligation. If you provide third-party data to Natac, the User must have their consent and commit to transfer the information contained in this Policy, exempting Natac from any responsibility in this regard. However, Natac may carry out the verifications to check if the consent is valid, adopting the appropriate due diligence measures, in accordance with the data protection regulations.

The data subject guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the data provided and agrees to keep them duly updated.

If you believe that we have not treated your personal data properly, you can contact the Data Protection Officer at natac@natacgroup.com. However, we inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe that a violation of the legislation on data protection regarding the processing of your personal data has been committed.

 

7. Security measures

Natac adopts the security levels required by the GDPR appropriate to the nature of the data that is being processed at all times. Nevertheless, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be malicious actions by third parties, although Natac puts all the means at its disposal to avoid such actions.

 

8. International Data Transfer

The personal data of the User that we keep will be processed exclusively in member states of the EU or the European Economic Area, respectively. However, if the data processing is carried out by a provider located in a country without the corresponding data protection laws, the processing will be protected by international contracts in accordance with European requirements.

When visiting our website, no personal data is transmitted to the provider. You can recognize the platform provider by the logo. We have no influence on the data collected and the data processing procedures on these social network, nor are we aware of the full scope of the data collection, the purposes of the processing and the retention periods. We also have no information on the erasure of the same.

In the event that the followers of our profile contact Natac through said network or publish images or information in our profile that contains personal data, it will be the sole responsibility of the User and/or follower, being Natac exempt from all responsibility regarding the content that the User and the follower incorporate in our public profile. Due to the fact that the profile of Natac on social networks is public, Natac is not responsible for any direct or indirect action carried out by third parties derived from the publication of the User of their personal data in our profiles. Therefore, we strongly ask you to not share any personal or sensitive information and that you carefully read the Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions of these social platforms to configure your profile with the degree of privacy you want. Anyone who does not wish to continue to be a follower of Natac in the social network in which it is present, can stop following said profile as provided in the Terms and Conditions of the corresponding social platform.

In addition, information of any kind that the parties exchange with each other shall also be classified as confidential, as well as any information that the parties agree to have such nature, or the one that simply deals with the content of such information. The visualization of data over the Internet, will not imply direct access to them, unless there is express consent from its holder for each occasion.

In relation to the links to other portals or web pages not managed by Natac that may appear on the portal for information purposes, Natac does not exercise any control over them, nor does respond to the information accessed. Natac will not be responsible for any action taken by, or the contents of, these websites.

Unless Natac has authorized it in advance and in writing, you cannot insert a link, hyperlink, framing or similar link on the Website.

Natac reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence, as well as those that may derive from existing standard codes in the matter, or by strategic corporate decisions, with effect from the date of publication of this modification on the Web page.
