At Natac, we are specialists in natural extracts and we are seeking an Industrial Installations Project Technician to join our Industrial/Installations team.

The functions of the job position are:
- Defining industrial projects and monitoring the execution by third-party companies of expansion projects and/or those improving existing installations:
- Capacity to define the needs and scope of new project or expansion projects/improvement projects for installations and infrastructure created at the factory, either of their own initiative or through the needs communicated by other production departments.
- Capacity to analyze and propose improvements to installations, machinery and processes.
- Drafting of technical documentation:
- Regulatory knowledge of the Industrial Installations Regulations.
- Regulatory knowledge regarding the legalization of installations in terms of proceedings with the Regional Government of Extremadura.
- Calculations; Use of installation calculation programs (dmElect, CYPE and other similar programs).
- Measurements; Use of BC3-based measurement and budgeting programs for determining measurements and for the revision of the Work Certification.
- Creation and interpretation of 2D and 3D (Autocad) installation plan. Revit is a plus.
- Creation and interpretation of single-line electrical diagrams, system principle diagrams for installations (hydraulic, steam, compressed air, air conditioning) and P&ID diagrams.
- Technical support for project execution and monitoring of external installation companies.
- Measurement verification in completed works.
- Development of the project documentary dossier (as-built plans, legal documentation, technical machine an equipment documentation, certifications, etc.)
- Control over the project legalization file.
What we require:
Academic qualification:
Industrial Technical Engineering – Electrical, Industrial Technical Engineering – Mechanical, Calculation and Construction of Machinery, Degree in Electrical Engineering, Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering.
Other valued knowledge:
- Experience in the calculation and execution of industrial and mechanical installations related to LV electricity, steam, compressed air, hydraulic installations, pneumatic installations, air conditioning; industrial installation work management (technicians from one of the Engineering fields); execution management (technician from installation companies) or monitoring of their implementation in factories (technicians from factories – maintenance and installations).
- Experience in industrial process automation.
- Experience in the food and/or chemical industry.
Computer skills:
- Measurements; Use of BC3-based measurement and budgeting programs for determining measurements and for the revision of the Work Certification.
- Creation and interpretation of 2D and 3D (Autocad) installation plan. Revit is a plus.
- Creation and interpretation of single-line electrical diagrams, system principle diagrams for installations (hydraulic, steam, compressed air, air conditioning) and P&ID diagrams.
- Use of MS Project or other similar programs.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in industrial project management (electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic installations, machinery and other industrial installations) at the technical office level and/or on-site execution and/or implementation in factories – continuous improvement.
