Olive fruit extract standardised in hydroxytyrosol (Olea europaea L.)
Advanced scientific research in animal models* has revealed the benefits of antioxidant compounds in feed, demonstrating their positive impact on animal welfare.
Within this framework, olive fruit extract, standardized in hydroxytyrosol, a natural antioxidant of high power and excellent bioavailability, was observed. The studies carried out, both in laboratory and in vivo*, have shown positive results, highlighting an improvement in the antioxidant capacity of the organism, with a significant reduction of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and a lower formation of new ROS.
