Natac to be a minority shareholder, providing our expertise for the production of Omega 3.
Natac and IFFE FUTURA have agreed that Natac Group is to become a 20% shareholder of IFFE BIOTECH.
Natac will contribute worldwide and exclusive indefinite license to their intellectual property relating to the low phytanic acid production of Omega 3. Natac will provide all their patents relating to this intellectual property within the next 30 months.
IFFE Biotech will sign an additional service provision contract which will see Natac provide consultation on its technological development and plant related assistance for future operations plus assistance marketing the company’s products.
