Food against chronic inflammation
Natac together with Gullón, AMC, Helios, Alvinesa and Tutti Pasta, together with 5 research centres, conform the business consortium leading the PRIMICIA project within the I+D+I CIEN programme fostered by the CDTI.
The main objective of PRIMICA is to take to the market foods that are highly efficient in the control of chronic inflammation. The project is based on a diet customization for population divided into genetic profiles as well as on the assessment of the effect through nutrigenetic clinical trials.
This project is being financed by CDTI and counts with FEDER funds.
