We are pleased to announce that Dr. Oswaldo Hernández has joined our R& D Department as Senior Researcher. Oswaldo holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and Food Science awarded by the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) in 2012 and he is also a Biologist and Food Technologist by Universidad Central de Venezuela. He is author of 22 per reviewed scientific papers, 3 book chapters and 1 patent and has taken part in different international congresses and symposiums.
Guided by Esther de la Fuente PhD, Oswaldo will lead Natac’s project for the development of the best grapevine extracts for Alvinat.
